Restock Thread read both supplier replies, checked them against Harper's rules, and prepared the order and a counteroffer. Both are waiting for Rosa, the owner. Change the quantity or the deadline and watch the recommendation move, and any approval wipe itself.

Harper's rule doing the deciding: never stock out on a Saturday, margin at or above 55%, orders over $400 need Rosa either way. Paceline is cheaper and misses the weekend. That is the whole argument, in the open.
Decisive fact: only Lone Star lands before Saturday.
Why this one: it is $41.20 more than Paceline and four days earlier. Harper's sells about nine lights on a Saturday; an empty hook costs more than the saving.
Restock Thread itself is $149 per location per month, no cut of the order. The totals above are merchandise, kept separate on purpose.
Page 2 · where the numbers came from
Every figure on page one traces to a message in the shop's supplier thread. No number arrives from nowhere, and each quote carries the day it stops being true.
Quotes are re-checked before any approval is allowed. If a price has gone stale overnight, the order drops back to prepared and the re-ask is drafted. Nobody approves yesterday's number by accident.
Page 3 · the house rules
Restock Thread holds no opinions of its own. It prepares whatever your written rules point at, and shows its working when two rules pull against each other.
Page 4 · when it is not simple
The useful week is the messy one. Three from Harper's notebook, each prepared to the same standard and each still the owner's call.
Restock Thread splits the order: 12 from a third approved supplier at a worse price to survive Saturday, 12 on backorder at the good price. Both halves shown with totals before anything sends.
Split prepared · not sentLone Star's price expired Friday and Rosa looked on Monday. The approval button disables itself and a two-line re-ask is drafted instead of sending an order against a dead number.
Re-ask draftedA supplier raises tubes 18% mid-season. The prepared reply asks what changed and quotes the last three orders back at them. Firm, sourced, and still unsent until Rosa reads it.
Reply prepared · not sent"It used to be me, three inboxes and a calculator at 10 PM. Now the argument is already had when I open the book, and I just pick. The one time it saved real money, the counteroffer it drafted got us Friday delivery at close to the Tuesday price."
