A jump moves the goal. Prototype by the fictional jam crew.
ORGANIZED IN PORTLAND, OREGON
One button.
Two
consequences.
A small browser-game jam about inputs that do more than one thing. Jump and change the world. Fire and lose your footing. Make one choice matter twice.
01when (you press)
02do (something good)
03and (something else)Free to enter. Playable in a browser. Build alone or with up to four people. No download required from players.Deadline: Oct 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Fictional event; no actual entries are collected.
Jump / Flip
Press: jump across the room, and flip the destination. A playable theme example. One input moves you and the goal.
You are the yellow robot. The flag changes platforms when you jump.
Keyboard: focus the game button, then press Space. Touch: tap it. Nothing runs until you act.
PASS / surprise “The first jump made me laugh. The second made me think.” Jules, browser-game maker
PASS / access One button, keyboard and touch. Slow mode and reduced motion keep the same rule.
Same input.
Different game.
The same room, with a slower transition. An accessibility experiment by the fictional jam crew.
There is no public entry list yet. These two local demos are part of the page, not invented community submissions.
What the judges look for
A surprising second consequence, understandable play and a working browser build. Three fictional organizer roles form the panel: a web developer, a game designer and an accessibility tester. No real judges or sponsors are confirmed.
Make a small
thing worth playing.
Support the build, not the leaderboard.
A fictional $250 sponsor slot would fund accessibility reviews and hosting, not influence judging. Entries remain the makers' property. No paid assets are required. No purchase, payment or real sponsorship is available here.
