A good catch
isn't a secret.
Closer to the center.
Closer to 100.
The loop slides across your camera view. One tap freezes its position and drops it onto the stack. The distance from the center decides the score, so you can see why a clean catch beats a near miss.
Three drops make a round. Each is worth up to 100 points. Your final score is the sum, with no mystery multiplier and no extra points for turning on a camera.
Prefer to take your time? Drag Aim by hand. It stops the automatic sweep, so you can place each loop with touch or arrow keys. Reduced-motion mode starts that way.
Same face.
Your kind
of ridiculous.
A game starts with one useful rule. Change its name, choose the loop color and decide how forgiving the landing is. The round above changes with your choices; changing a rule starts a fresh round.
Start with our loop, tap-to-catch and quick-reaction building blocks. Add your own artwork in the maker workspace. Code, face tracking and custom 3D models are outside the starter tools.
no excuses
Your face joins.
Your footage
stays here.
The front camera makes the game feel personal. It isn't required to play. When you turn it on, fit your face inside the portrait area and use the same tap or aim controls.
Loophop uses the camera as a background. This game does not track your head, recognize your face or infer expressions. The player controls every drop.
- Camera frames stay in your browser and are not recorded.
- Turning the camera off stops its stream. Leaving the page stops it too.
- A saved score badge contains drawn game elements, never a captured face.
Made for teens and adults playing with friends. Use a current Safari or Chrome browser on iPhone, Android or a laptop. Camera access needs HTTPS and your permission. If permission is declined, the drawn player keeps the round playable.
IN THIS ROUND
Players always join free.
Pay to make.
Never to join in.
Your $6 monthly maker plan includes 12 published games, editable artwork, private challenge links and score-badge exports. Each game can have as many rounds as your friends can stand. There is no charge per player or tap.
The first step costs $0: play this round and save its game recipe. A maker subscription starts only when you choose to publish from your workspace. Friends never need a payment card to open a challenge.
The plan renews monthly. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge. Your downloaded recipes and score badges stay yours. Published links stay playable through the paid month; after that, export or renew before sharing a new round.
Custom face tracking, commercial brand campaigns, moderation of public communities and paid tournaments are outside this plan. Keep the game small enough to explain in one sentence.
Give the chat
a first score.
Play three drops. Adjust the landing room if it feels too strict. Then keep the game recipe and send a challenge link with a score to chase.
The recipe includes your title, loop color, landing width and scoring rule. Reopen the challenge link to play those same rules on another device. A new visit starts a new round; no account history follows you around.
In the maker workspace, your next steps are artwork, a signed-out playtest and publication. Ask one friend to open the link before you send it to the whole group.
