6:10 AM. Ava is at 101°F.

You tap "not today" once. Before the coffee is done, the rest of the week has moved, and you know what it cost. No guilt math, no making up miles on Wednesday.

Maya in her running top in a small kitchen at dawn, holding her feverish toddler and feeling his forehead. Her running shoes wait by the back door.
    1. Maya taps Not today on the tempo run. Reason: sick kid.
    2. Tuesday's tempo, 6 mi at 8:35, marked DNS.
    3. Thursday's intervals become a 5 mi tempo. Intervals sit out this week.
    4. Wednesday stays easy. No back-to-back hard days.
    5. Sunday's long run: 11 mi to 10 mi.
    6. Projected finish 1:54:20 to 1:54:58. Still under goal.

Stay home with Ava. Thursday's tempo is the one that counts four weeks out. Today cost you 38 seconds.

Splits · what each miss costs this week

Every session has a price. Some are free.

Costs come from your last nine weeks of runs, how far you are from race day, and how much margin you have on your goal. Skip a rest day and nothing happens. Skip the tempo four weeks out and it shows.

Saturday got rained out. The ride moved indoors.

The same board runs your bike weeks, in hours and watts instead of miles and pace. Connect a smart trainer and the indoor version is ready when you clip in.

    Do I need a watch?
No. Tap done or missed after each session and the week adjusts from that.
    What can I train for?
5K to marathon, and rides from a first metric century to a 100-miler. Triathlon is coming next spring.
    Who decides what moves?
Rules written by our coaches, applied to your numbers. The hard sessions are protected first, easy miles go first.
What if I miss a whole week?
The board rebuilds the block and moves your projected finish. If your goal stops being realistic, it says so and offers a new one.
Is there a person to ask?
Yes. Replies from a certified coach within a day, Monday to Saturday.
