The W1 laser projector sits 14.8 inches from your wall and throws a 120-inch 4K picture up onto it. Nothing to hang, no cable up the wall. Fill in this sheet with your own room and it draws what you'd see, at your size and in your light.
Now your room. Fig. 1 is a sample room. Fill in the boxes below with your own and both drawings, Fig. 1 and the elevation, redraw to your inches and your light.
Use a tape measure. Inches for the console, feet and inches are worked out for you.
The further back it sits, the bigger the picture. Every inch adds about 6.4 inches of diagonal.
Measure between whatever stops the picture: a door frame, a corner, a shelf.
Every picture size is a stop. Drag the orange marker along the line, or tap a stop to move the W1 there.
A laser is bright, but your lamps land on the same wall. This is the part most launch pages leave out.
With these lamps, windows and blinds, across one October day. Tap an hour to see it on the wall.

The rare projector whose spec sheet undersells it in a dark room and admits what happens in a bright one.Darkroom Notes, a fictional review site, tested a prototype W1 for six weeks, September 2026.
Before a single prototype shipped, 318 homes filled in this sheet with their own wall and mailed us a photo of it, June to September 2026. Here are five of them, drawn to the same scale as yours, with what they wrote on the back.
The first W1s are built in batches. A deposit holds your place in one. Prices are for this fictional product.
